Faith Mechanical has serviced both my heating and cooling systems. Jon is as much a consultant as he is a first rate service technician. He gave me some great tips on keeping the fan running at certain temps to help extend the life of my very old equipment. I believe his exact words were “some of my components belong in a museum”😊. Nevertheless with his help, my systems are still going strong. The fact that Jon is a Navy vet is icing on the cake. Thank you for your service…to my comfort.

Jon is amazing not only as a contractor but as a person as well. I have him do all of my annual checks on the furnace and air conditioning system and he is always honest and the best price around. He takes the time to explain what he is looking at or what he is doing in terms that you can actually understand. I wish I could tell you all how much this company helped me but no words to describe. FAITH MECHANICAL came out on a holiday evening to assist Me and didn't charge me a arm and a leg like all the other companies wanted... I'm a 1 income family now and when they told me I needed a whole new outside unit I was just lost.... but. They came through and helped me find cheaper options to assist me and did a fantastic job and even checked in after to make sure everything working ok... I hired Faith Mechanical to come out and service my AC unit which appeared to be working properly but wasn't cooling my house in Affton to the desired temperature. I told him I knew it was on its last leg, but would love to get 1-2 more summers out of it before buying a new unit. Jon did a full diagnosis of the unit, checked all the readings, pressure settings, and went the extra mile to see what all areas were in trouble. He explained each finding to me and showed all the readings to me. I got set up on his maintenance plan to save money on my cleanings and he recharged my unit on refrigerant, which was my unit's problem. I could not be happier with the great customer service I received. Everything from communication, attention to detail, professionalism, and most importantly transparency! Jon was extremely humble and exceptionally knowledgeable with every question I had! Most HVAC companies will just pitch that you need to get a new unit, Jon did everything he could to help prolong that! 10/10 would HIGHLY recommend giving Faith Mechanical a call for all your HVAC needs!!! Jon with Faith Mechanical is the best HVAC contractor I've ever done business with in my life. Matter of fact, he might be the best contractor I’ve ever worked with period. He is a man of respect, integrity, honesty, and operates with the highest level of urgency – all of these are extremely important for his line of work. Our cooling went out and he treated our home as if it was his own. He is punctual with his communications, ALWAYS looks out for the customer first, has fair pricing (!!), and explained everything in detail when we had questions.

After another 10 minutes he found the issue, a temporary way around it, and was already on the hunt for the part we needed. My AC started acting up after business hours. I called Faith Mechanical and within the next hour, Jon was at my home. He also had provided me with all the info I requested prior to arriving. Firstly I like to say that Jon is exceptional at his job. Being new to saint Louis it was hard finding someone reliable and luckily Jon was the first HVAC guy I looked into. Let’s not forget that Lowe’s sold me a broken water heater and I’m grateful to Jon for coming back the very next day to install the replacement I received. Will be sure to recommend in the future

Jon was amazing. He showed up on-time and did great, quick work. He didn’t try to sell me anything I didn’t need. He made sure I understood the work he was going to do, and showed me the final product in detail.

Jon came by to see why the water pressure in my house was low. He discovered a kink in the main pipe leading into the house plus a cracked valve. It sits on a slab so he had to be careful not to cause additional damage.

Being an older home, it was discovered that the water heater leaked and the only one in our city that was available to replace it was going to take him a few extra hours of time to obtain. He was patient and kind. Customer service is his middle name.

He had to add a shut off valve to that hot water heater because the other one did not have.

The leaking had rusted out the tile floor so we replaced the floor with LVT waterproof tiling.

And a shut off valve for the washer because it did not have.

The utility sink was replaced as the faucet was discovered to be rusted out.

And last, but not least, the water pressure regulator, which I did not know about, he replaced. The water company came out and found it in the yard. It was not working and Jon ordered a new one and replaced.

I was so nervous that the bill was going to be so huge; he made numerous trips to stores and was really pleased with the price.

More than that, I was pleased with his professionalism, dedication, knowledge, commitment and caring.

Jon is worthy of a 100+ rating.
